Summary of earnings per country

Long Description:
Query to display the summary of earnings for each country within a particular sales period. This query searches the invoice table SOP30200 looking for document type codes 3 (3 = invoice, 2 = orders )

IMPORTANT:
Commands with UPDATE, DELETE or DROP can ruin your data! Please use these queries with caution. We highly recommend that you backup your database before trying out these commands and to load them up first on a test server. Use at your own risk.
